              其實個榴槤酥喺冇譜呀, 我亂咁溝咋真喺無份量呀, 

                     見各位咁賞面就試下寫啦(我好怕寫食譜) 

榴槤酥食譜: 

約量啦, 300g 綠豆蓉(要自家做不可用現成買個d 因會過甜)
加入300g的榴槤肉(最好選林身及熟, 喺熟到你唔會就咁食個隻最好) 用blender 混合打滑 , 然後放入平面盆掃平約1-1.5cm厚, 放入冰箱雪硬後切粒做餡約1.5x1.5cm大小, 皮用返鳳梨酥個皮就得啦焗法也一樣,

PS: 如果包的時喉餡變軟可再雪返硬佢再包, d餡用唔完雪冰箱可存一個月想幾時整都得

冰皮@潮流口味

                                    見近年大多餅店都出了新口味,

                                   巳不是單單豆蓉, 紅豆或蓮蓉了.

                                    我也來跟跟潮流整咗6款口味,

                               同事的囝囝(5歲大應該唔識講大話)

                                       仲大聲話好食過X心嗰d呀,

                               啦! 呢d 小朋就底讚啦, 又叻又醒目 

                   


                    個KM 真喺超正用來搓皮搓饀一流, 唔使再做鐵沙掌

酥皮奶皇月@ 滿意版

                        今年得到同事經多次改良得出呢個酥皮奶皇月食譜,

              真喺超正, 甜度適中奶皇香滑(蒸完後立刻用個KM打滑佢, 正! )

                      她仲教埋我cup 模技术, 每一個都好平均比往年好好多,

                              至於個酥皮用了雪油取代牛油, 隔日都還脆,

                               家人仲話正過嘜嘜酒店及嘜嘜亨村嗰d喎,

                                           聽到佢地咁講當然超開心啦,

C9仔 & Peggy Birthday gathering

                               由於要返工及時間match 唔到的關係,

                                     而難於參與各個blog gathering,

                                              覺得非常唔好意思,

                由於前一晚要當夜班但又唔想一早整定個蛋糕怕唔新鮮,

                                只好一放工回家沒有睡便立刻開工,

                                        然後再趕往掛會, 雖然很累,

                                      但見到大家都很欣賞,累都直得, 

               今天真喺好開心能夠出席, 真的很久沒見大家啦, miss you all,

                         大家見面時便有傾唔完的話題, 好開心呀,

                      今日慶祝兩位靚女生日仲係同月同日生的壽星女 : 

                                        新潮師奶仔 ,  peggy house .

             今日出席嘅blog友有:米芝蘭 , 盛師奶 , 胡李媽 , 菲仔 , 硬琳 ,

                      攪攪震 & 桐桐 , sandy & 二少 , terryma & 小嘟 ,

                                mei , emily , joe joe , "太"得閒....hanhan

                             今日我哋去了"賜哥" 開的龍皇 ~ 飲茶,

                                   環境ok啦但點心就一放般啦,

                           d 點心有好多我都無影, 因掛往傾及食
